Now Hiring: Industrial Engineer
Are you a data-driven problem-solver ready to optimize a nationwide distribution network? We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to use business intelligence and data insights to drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate with operations and optimization teams to ensure all productivity issues are identified and resolved, ultimately improving service and reducing costs for our customers.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain a cadence of visibility to all locations that you will support.
What You'll Do:
As the Industrial Engineer, you will be the champion of Continuous Improvement, using data and statistical tools to lead projects that enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and strengthen our cost position across the network.
Use data and statistical tools to create continuous improvement and cost reduction plans.
Perform root cause analysis to identify process barriers, inefficiencies, waste, or excess costs.
Champion and lead improvement projects across the distribution network.
Produce complex analyses and provide necessary insights to operations and the customer.
Support new business initiatives and start-up facilities.
Conduct data analysis on inventory, zoning, picklines, and capacity.
Assist with facility layout and design, including modifications to existing space.
What You Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
1+ years of industrial engineering experience in a distribution environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Proficiency in SQL (data pulling and analytics) and AutoCAD.
Skilled at conveying information in clear, understandable terms across all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders.
An objective and resilient approach when presenting findings and insights.
